The General Secretariat: at the service of the congregation

In a big group, there are many indispensable tasks that allow the Body to go on living. Many of the people who perform some of these works are at the community of Rome, at the service of the whole congregation.

Their work of the Secretariat, Bursar, Archives, translations, is hadly seen, but is essential to allow the sisters do their work and their mission in the best conditions.

At the left: Sr. Pilar Navarro, General Bursar. To the right Sr. Dorothea Stutz, accountant.

Sr. Piluca Benavente (sitting) has been these past years the General Secretary. She is actually the Superior General. Standing: Sr. Marie-Vincente Brouca, keeps the database up-to-date and does the editing of the documents published by the secretariat.

Standing Sr. Marguerite Gemme(+). She took care of the English translations and is in charge of the Justice and Peace. Sitting: Sr. Lucille Pilotte, working at the Secretariat.
In an international group, translation work is indispensable to keep the body informed and helps to walk in the same direction.
